Coronavirus Refund Policy
Please take a look at The Government website, Department for Health and Social Care website and the NHS website for useful sources of up to date information.
If you are unable to travel due to a Government enforced National Lockdown or there is a travel restriction due to a tier system for your postcode, you will be offered a postponement (subject to availability) or a refund.
How to Book
You can book using our online booking system, shown above.
Short Breaks
No short breaks are available at this moment in time (to be reviewed at a later date but currently all bookings must be for 7 days minimum).
Dogs
Two small well behaved dogs are allowed, not allowed upstairs or on the furniture (£25 per dog per week). Please remember a lot of beaches do not allow dogs during the Summer months.
Booking Fee
We do not charge a booking fee, we don’t believe in hidden costs on our bookings so the price you see is the price you pay.
Paying online or by phone
Payments are able to be made online via our booking system which uses a secure payment system.
Deposits
All bookings must pay a 25% deposit to book your holiday. Our booking system will automatically provide you with the deposit payable when confirming your booking. Full balance and refundable security deposit required 6 weeks prior to your holiday.
Security Deposit
Refundable security deposit of £250 is required on all bookings.
