Capra Cottage has undergone a major refurbishment and we feel we have brought the property back to life. It has a modern, fresh, coastal décor yet is effortlessly stylish, perfect for families, friends and couples alike. It provides a sumptuous, comfortable and convenient retreat to explore the local area all year round, whatever the weather.
We have tried to create a home from home experience but with the ocean on your doorstep. There is a spacious, contemporary, well equipped, social kitchen/dining area with seating for 6 people. The lounge area has two large restful sofas and a cosy armchair, perfect to unwind with a good book after a day at the beach. There is a crackling wood burner (logs provided), perfect for the Winter months when there is nothing nicer than coming back from a long bracing coastal walk and snuggling down in front of the fire with a mug of steamy hot chocolate. The new full length glass doors allow plenty of natural daylight to flow in and open out onto the new decked patio area and sunny, self-contained rear lawned garden. The outside space is perfect for alfresco dining on balmy summer evenings watching the sheep grazing in the field at the rear of the property and taking in the beautiful sun sets over Morte Point, with a cold beer or G&T in hand – what is not to love! ….
There are three attractive, spacious bedrooms on the first floor along with a family bathroom. Two are double rooms with king-size beds and the master has an en-suite, the third is a twin bedded room and all are beautifully decorated with the coast and sea shore in mind.

Family Bathroom: The House Bathroom has a large quadrant shower, heated towel rail, hand basin, WC & storage cupboard.
Master Bed Ensuite: the master bedroom has an en-suite with bath, shower, hand basin and WC.
Kitchen: well equipped Kitchen with dishwasher, fridge/freezer, gas hob, electric oven, microwave, toaster and kettle.
